Staff was inexperienced and indifferent. Property was under renovation, which was not indicated on Expedia. Our room wasn’t dirty but in need of repair. The TV cable was broken, I had to attempt a repair to watch fuzzy shows. The front door opens so close to a brick pillar one has to walk around or wait for door to close. Our rental vehicle door was keyed/scratched by someone in the parking lot. I would NOT stay here again.

Awful Hotel We arrived at the hotel just before midnight and just wanted to get checked-in and go straight to bed as we had been driving all day and had a full day of driving the following day. We got to the front desk and no one was there and there was no bell or phone number to call or anything. Couldn’t get the room I reserved because it was dirty and there were no other rms available besides a queen suite. Then the refrigerator didn’t work properly by this time I was just over it.

VERY no frills. Usually no one at the desk. If you want anything like a glass or cutlery you must call the desk. The unit is not very clean, the floors were filthy. The breakfast is spartan. Got what we paid for.

Poor service Poor service I was charge more then what I had for booking the front desk worker was an absolute totally rude. The worker Kris at the front desk while checking out was wonderful. We stayed 2 nights. Our room never got clean. I was suppose to have 2 full size bed I was only given 1 full size bed and a twin size pulled out sofa bed. No coffee stuff.
