Terrible dirty. Was locked in the hotel and had to go around to get out.

Not clean, not safe and not friendly Room had not been cleaned from previous guest. Hotel said they were an Extended Stay hotel and they wouldn't clean the room because it hadn't been 8 days so I had to exchange my sheets and towels myself and change my own bed. The door to the room didn't shut properly so it could be pushed open without a key. Horrible! We had a pre-paid reservation at this hotel, and we needed to do a late check-in. Called the hotel twice to let them know that we were going to do a late check-in, they said it was fine. Got to the hotel and to our surprise, the receptionist told us that the hotel was fully booked. She did not apologize for any inconvenience we were going to go through. Room was very outdated, run down, and smelly (just smelled like an old musky hotel room, nothing specific). Cheap scratchy linens and carpet that looked very worn and old. Bathroom is old and outdated, with hair in the bathtub. A/C wasn’t working well at all (they relocated us to another room, the AC was better but everything else about the room was exactly the same).

Staff was inexperienced and indifferent. Property was under renovation, which was not indicated on Expedia. Our room wasn’t dirty but in need of repair. The TV cable was broken, I had to attempt a repair to watch fuzzy shows. The front door opens so close to a brick pillar one has to walk around or wait for door to close. Our rental vehicle door was keyed/scratched by someone in the parking lot. I would NOT stay here again.

Awful Hotel We arrived at the hotel just before midnight and just wanted to get checked-in and go straight to bed as we had been driving all day and had a full day of driving the following day. We got to the front desk and no one was there and there was no bell or phone number to call or anything.
