Noize from fridge was loud. Staff was chatting on personal things with a guest when I arrived and made me wait before checking in.

Never again I thought an Extended Stay would provide things in the room over and above a regular hotel room. No hair dryer, no glasses or cup or coffee maker. I suppose you can "order" these items but it was very disappointing. Microwave was old, bed spread was old, the outdoor security was falling off the wall, the doors in the hall slammed loudly.

My room was NOT a good internet connection. Cheap, but I do not recommend.

Just disappointing Was visiting family in Michigan. The hotel just had a worn look and feel to it.

Dirty and poor service Blankets on bed we're so dusty I kept sneezing until we requested clean ones. The young man at the desk in the morning was always on the computer and totally ran out of coffee two mornings. Counter top in the room had sticky stuff on it when we arrived. The whole place just felt dirty. Will never stay there again!!!

Disappointing The kitchen had nothing in it at all. I'm used to having silverware, dishes and a coffee maker. Apparently these things could be retrieved from the front desk, but I did not bother. The soap smelled so awful I threw it in the garbage. And the kitchen sink smelled like dirt. No shampoo or lotion was provided and they didn't have it at the desk, either. go elsewhere fridge is loud and the bed is right next to it. Hotel is an older make over and needs to be done again. lobby shows lots of wear. Bathroom is small, and all surfaces are cheap plastic. No real breakfast, only coffee and oatmeal. No breakfast room, it is served in the small lobby.
