Continental breakfast should be more than 3 muffins and 5 granola bars. Coffee was empty.

Disgusting, gross! DO NOT STAY here. Beds weren’t clean. Air wasn’t on, the room was so muggy and sticky. Unclean.

Staffs are nice however room is dirty. We stayed in the one double bed room, and may be this is the reason that we got this low quality room.

un happy front desk help all but one had poor attitude - coffee out daily, did not want to keep up with usage, asked for extra pillow - flat out turned down. Cleaning general areas not happening daily (laundry room messy for couple days, hallway not vacuumed, enterance at side never wiped down even once a day.

The room has a strange smell. Maybe just as is the star level hotel.
