un happy front desk help all but one had poor attitude - coffee out daily, did not want to keep up with usage, asked for extra pillow - flat out turned down. Cleaning general areas not happening daily (laundry room messy for couple days, hallway not vacuumed, enterance at side never wiped down even once a day.

The room has a strange smell. Maybe just as is the star level hotel.

Terrible dirty. Was locked in the hotel and had to go around to get out.

Breakfast selection was poor. Usually no coffee choice.

Though my room was reserved and pre-paid it was given to someone else. I was suppose to checkin late in the night with prior intimation to the hotel staff still the room was given to

Not clean, not safe and not friendly Room had not been cleaned from previous guest. Hotel said they were an Extended Stay hotel and they wouldn't clean the room because it hadn't been 8 days so I had to exchange my sheets and towels myself and change my own bed. The door to the room didn't shut properly so it could be pushed open without a key. Horrible! We had a pre-paid reservation at this hotel, and we needed to do a late check-in. Called the hotel twice to let them know that we were going to do a late check-in, they said it was fine. Got to the hotel and to our surprise, the receptionist told us that the hotel was fully booked. She did not apologize for any inconvenience we were going to go through. She told us that she had moved us to a sister hotel in a different town. We asked her to call the other hotel to make sure if they had the rooms. She refused to do ... read more

Room was very outdated, run down, and smelly (just smelled like an old musky hotel room, nothing specific). Cheap scratchy linens and carpet that looked very worn and old. Bathroom is old and outdated, with hair in the bathtub. A/C wasn’t working well at all (they relocated us to another room, the AC was better but everything else about the room was exactly the same).
