Me encanta este hotel . Solo hay un detalle . Hoy tuve un percance con expidia. Nunca me había pasado y de corazón espero q no vuelva a suceder o tendré q cambiar de aplicación. Lo q sucedió fue q hice la reservación del hotel el día antes y al otro día cuando llegue al hotel no aparecía en el sistema y estuve por oras esperando q se solucionara. Y me tuvieron q cancelar mi reservación y tuve q hacer una en hotel la cual me salió más costosa . Espero se veras q no vuelva a suceder . Gracias

Muy acogedora y tranquila
Not very friendly From the moment my partner and I showed up no one could be bothered to act like they were pleased to serve us. During check in the clerk mumbled making it hard to understand what they said. Not once did anyone tell us what to do to check out the following morning, and because the front desk shutters were closed there wasn't anyone available to tell me where to leave the room key. And they don't serve breakfast anymore even though it says they do on the website.

Location is great! Staff was friendly! Breakfast no longer provided, halls were dirty, foyers smelled like garbage juice of rotten food and sidewals were covered in it too. Not well kept or updatedso you can really feel the age and run down ness.
