It was ok it was ok not the best extended stay that we stayed. good for the price it's hard to leave out the parking lot of the hotel due to heavy traffic

Mediocre Room was okay, relatively clean and adequate for the price. Front desk staff is very rude. Even though the reservation was fully paid for in advance, front desk clerk told me the computer shows "to collect." She talked too much and intentionally was messing with me. She then continued making unnecessary derogatory comments about people that check into this hotel. This employee makes the entire company look bad. I had a very nice stay at Extended Stay American. I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and hallways. I had only one concern, the entrance to the hotel needs some illumination so it can be seen better.

After paying in full on the Orbitz site, was charge again upon arrival, brought the issue to the attention of manager. Was told it was all taken care of... and after returning home, found that I was still charged twice with no refund. Contacted my credit card and am now disputing additional charge. Big hassle for a one night stay.
