The staff were very pleasant and Tomika at the front desk was very, very helpful. The hotel was extremely clean, which is a high priority.

It was a very good location, in the heart of everything. The traffic was a little heavy and it was the weekend, so I’m sure during the weekday it’s worse

My room was kind of dirty. Felt bad for check in person, had to deal with 2 angry guests mad check in feel like forever.

After paying in full on the Orbitz site, was charge again upon arrival, brought the issue to the attention of manager. Was told it was all taken care of... and after returning home, found that I was still charged twice with no refund. Contacted my credit card and am now disputing additional charge. Big hassle for a one night stay.
