Do Not Book At Extended Stay America I made the mistake of using the Expedia Unpublished Rates Hotels feature. I've used it twice and was disappointed each time. When I saw that I was booked at Extended Stay America I was dismayed as I had stayed there once before and been very unhappy. It's a basic 1.5 Star! I paid $50.00 a night on-line which is what this place is worth. The towels and wash clothes felt like sand paper some had holes in them. The other reviews are correct it is ok nothing extra. The Hotel is starting to show wear I wouldn't sit in the recliner stains reminded me of a chair you see by the curb on trash day. Pet Friendly...but not Children Friendly!!!! The first room they put us in didn't have the beds made...so we switched rooms...okay not a problem. Really the whole hotel is dusty and depressing...but that was all overlooked until the service was rude. The first night at 830pm, we were told that there were complaints about our 5 and 7 year old running and jumping. They were sitting right next to us watching tv. Horrible If you're looking for a place to live this is not it. Water smelled like sewage, toilets kept flooding, horrible customer service.

Unhappy Camper The service was poor. My room was not cleaned at all, and I was there for 4 days. I complained, was told my management that it would cleaned on Tuesday November 20, 2012 , however it was not done.

Studio Apartment If you an adulterer looking for a place to stay when your wife just kicked you out. This is the place for you. I wouldn't call the people staying here guests, oh no. These people are residents. It ran like a one night apartment. My first studio apartment was nicer and cleaner in college. The people at the desk are polite. However, there are no amenities. Just awful!!!! I expected so much more from this hotel.... It was awful. Hasn't had any upgrades ever that we know of. This place is disgusting as hell. Sheets were yellow and stained, bedspreads were torn and the furniture was so beat up. Just pathetic.
