Well???? The room had old socks underneath one of the beds. There were no towels or toiletries in the room either. The poor receptionist was on his own on one of the busiest weekends in the year, so we had to go down to reception and get our own towels two hours after we requested them. The beds were comfortable but everything looked just a little worn. There was dust on the coffee maker. There should be more lights in the parking lot as there was dark corners in certain areas.

Filthy We just spent Black Friday weekend here and it started out ok..older and needs some updating but really just needs to be cleaned. Only a sheet and the repeatedly used quilt on top of beds, the garbage disposal in sink was so grimy, carpet has major stains on it that could be easily cleaned out. Doors, handles ect all grimy and not washed. The hotel staff friendly, and seemed to be alone all of the time. Mgmt extremely rude, horrible service. I've been using at hotels.com for several years now. This was the worst hotel I've been to in years: dirty room, no towels or soaps, random accessories in kitchenette. The top of it was when mgmt called me during a funeral twice to argue with me that we were "hiding" our pets when we told the clerk about them the prior night. He then demanded the full pet fee of $150 for the one night we stayed. Mgmt had never been so rude in any other hotel. Needless to say we checked out immediately.

The hotel is in a great location and close to the freeways of Detroit. The service was great! The only thing that it was dirty and smell like cigarettes.

Michigan The front desk man on check in was not welcoming or friendly, either nights. The door of the bathroom needed to be replaced along with the sink. There is no housekeeping and when I asked for 6 towels you would of thought he was buying them vs. washing them. The continental breakfast was poor .No place to eat it so I ended up eating in the laundry room so my guests could sleep in the room.

Never stay here. Ever. We got in the room and there was already a bad smell of burned coffee, rubber, and electrical defects. The carpets were dirty and gross and so was the counter. The bathrooms had a rust stained and cracked sink and the bathtub looked like it had been hit a few hundred time with a hammer. The bed had urine stains and and other weird stains. The doors had been painted and then after moisture had rusted and bubbled. The last straw was that there was a BUG in the bed. After that we left.
