Another motel 6... Dirty, smells, and nothing like I remember these places from 9-10 years ago when i first stayed in one. I guess you truly get what you pay for!

Very Disappointing Experience Overall this was a very disappointing hotel experience. The room was not clean, the bedding [specifically the blankets] were dirty, the cabinets in the kitchen area were warped and didn't close properly and the bathroom had signs of mold. There were no hangers in the room and the toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet and did not fit properly. The hallways looked as though they had not been vacuumed in several days and the wifi access code did not work.

overnight stay Unfortunately my stay was not that great. There was a very young new employee working the front desk who didnt know how to answer any of my questions. When I asked to speak to a manager he didn't even know how to get in contact with one. My bed had blankets on it that had huge holes in them and the toilet in my room was broken (would not flush). When I asked for different blankets they told me they didn't have anymore and that if I wanted a blanket I would have to use the one with holes in it.
having a kitchen is nice. This hotel needs major updating. Paint was chipping, bath tub stopper was broken, a big pink stain on the floor, and a spot was in the sheets.
Rooms need to be clean and updated. We were told this was a three star hotel by Expedia. It was also anonymous. So, we did not know the name of the hotel until the room was paid for. This hotel was a 1star hotel. The first room had no headboard on the bed, the knobs were missing from the tub and shower and the towels and linen were filthy. We were moved to a better room, but not much better. We spoke to the manager about our experience and he was accommodating by moving us to a King room that was remodeled. Could have been better with renovations They gave me hard hand towels. All of them were white along with a random pink one; it was very awkward. I was very displeased. The alarm clock was very old and analog. The elevator smelt horrid and there was hair in my bed. I was glad I spent most of my time enjoying the city than that place. Don't waste your money.

Black Friday- Extended Stay America This was a Black Friday getaway for two families with two king suite rooms. The only good thing about our stay was the desk clerk Aaron who was very professional & friendly and tried to make our stay more comfortable.The rooms were run down as well as needed a good cleaning. We were told that the Hotel was a no smoking/ smoke free hotel. We had to hold our breath as we trudged through the cigarette smoke filled hallways to get to our room on numerous occasions. Well???? The room had old socks underneath one of the beds. There were no towels or toiletries in the room either. The poor receptionist was on his own on one of the busiest weekends in the year, so we had to go down to reception and get our own towels two hours after we requested them. The beds were comfortable but everything looked just a little worn. There was dust on the coffee maker. There should be more lights in the parking lot as there was dark corners in certain areas.

Filthy We just spent Black Friday weekend here and it started out ok..older and needs some updating but really just needs to be cleaned. Only a sheet and the repeatedly used quilt on top of beds, the garbage disposal in sink was so grimy, carpet has major stains on it that could be easily cleaned out.
