Worn and scratched up furniture. Bed not comfortable. Had to get my room card rekeyed 3 times over 4 night stay.
Very rude at service desk like you were bothering them Room wasn’t bad but room needed work but decent
I didn’t like the lack of privacy. It’s very open and sound from outside bothers a bit. But overall not bad. Guest service is fantastic.
