The room was smokey. The odor was even in the hallways. The room was spartan and drab. I left after the first night and booked my stay elsewhere.

Bed sheets, pillow, and pillow case was extremely dirty. Reserved a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking floor and room. The whole floor reeked of cigarette smoke. It was a terrible stay!!

I did not get to check in and will be going for a refund their offer hours check in they didn’t answer called 5 times no one answered had to find another hotel

It was disgusting. We even decided not to stay.. everything looked dirty and it smells really bad.

The first room that we were given smelled like sweat and cigarettes. For some reason, the mattress was turned upside down and the sheets were placed on it anyway, making it our job to flip and fix. We immediately called the office to complain. We were told that there were no other rooms. It wasn’t until we asked for our money back to find another hotel, that we were given a different room. Room is large and pretty clean but you could tail smokers had been in there. The cigarette smell throughout the night and got stronger from somebody smoking either in the hallways or outside and the air-conditioner brought this cigarette smoke into the room. We stayed there just because the price. Got in late and left early what’s our only reason for that hotel. If we ever go to El Paso again we will stay at some placethat does not reek with cigarette smell
