terrible customer service rooms dirty and toilet broke

The room wasnt what i can spect from a Hotel Train rails close enough to the hotel to even listen trains passing by during the night,one side of the hotel is close to a freeway and traffic noise is loud,there wasnt even curtains or silverwear on the studio and if you wanted silverwear you have to pay for it extra.Staff were rude and unproffesional.

There were no pillows when we got to our room. The soap was opened and used. There was a roach in the hallway and a dead roach in our tub. They also have a gnat or fruit fly problem.

STAY AWAY This place LITERALLY charged for breathing air, I mean I hate to be this dramatic but it’s true. Example one, the “ charged 250$ for smoking” which I’m actually okay with because I do not smoke and don’t like the smell of cigarettes but soon as I get into the elevator it smell like weed and cigarettes. Also you’re only allow to connect 1 device to the wifi if you want to add more devices you have to pay extra which I’ve never heard such thing and I been to a lot of hotels around the world. Looks nice on pics, not really ! When we got their, we were giving smoking rooms. I asked the guy if he could change it to nonsmoking rooms. He tried but apparently the computer didn’t let him so he called his manager. The manager was not happy that it was a 1 night stay and kept fussing about expedía booking 1 night stay and that he wasn’t doing dose.
