There were no pillows when we got to our room. The soap was opened and used. There was a roach in the hallway and a dead roach in our tub. They also have a gnat or fruit fly problem.

STAY AWAY This place LITERALLY charged for breathing air, I mean I hate to be this dramatic but it’s true. Example one, the “ charged 250$ for smoking” which I’m actually okay with because I do not smoke and don’t like the smell of cigarettes but soon as I get into the elevator it smell like weed and cigarettes. Also you’re only allow to connect 1 device to the wifi if you want to add more devices you have to pay extra which I’ve never heard such thing and I been to a lot of hotels around the world. Looks nice on pics, not really ! When we got their, we were giving smoking rooms. I asked the guy if he could change it to nonsmoking rooms. He tried but apparently the computer didn’t let him so he called his manager. The manager was not happy that it was a 1 night stay and kept fussing about expedía booking 1 night stay and that he wasn’t doing dose. Had to wait at the front desk for 20 minutes for someone to check me in. Blankets in the room had a stain on them, and the towels had hair and makeup stains all over them. Also did not have any soaps or shampoo in the shower. The full kitchen was nice though.

Check-in time was 3 pm and I reached there at 7:25 pm but nobody was there at reception till 8 pm. At 8 pm they told me that the room I have booked is not yet clean... So, I opted for other available options. They got one but that had a non-working a/c which they had to swap from other room. They finally gave me the room at around 8:45 pm. Whole hotel is stinky. Nothing at all. The bed was on stands like a child's bedroom. There was a lot of illegal activity going on. No ammenties. The Assistant GM was a good guy.
