Very disappointed I usually love the extended stay but this time I was very disappointed, I booked two rooms & one of them the air conditioner broke in the middle of the night which I had my grandmother in it & they told me to get through it onto maintenance came in at 7am which it was a lie maintenance came in at 10am plus than the toilet didn't flush & I also told them they took forever to come check it , & my grandmother got a rash from that hotel which now I got to take her to the doctor, so even though they change me ro... read more

Staff was very nice as well as accommodating and the room seemed to be very put together BUT the blankets and towels had tons of long hair stuck to them and the room could've been inspected a little better during the cleaning process, for example the door to the bathroom had something sticky running all the way down the door and there was reminents of someone's PB&J spilled down the side of the bed on the carpet. Would I stay again? Yes, although I think I would still bring my own towels and blankets again just incase.
