Nice, spacious, comfortable room. My room was great. I had plenty of room and space to move around and store my things. The thing I didn't like was having a kitchen with no kitchen items. I needed silver ware and was told I had to order a kitchen set to be delivered to the room. I only needed a fork and was told I had to come to the lobby.

Quality is higher than expected for the price I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was for the price. I paid such a low price and therefore I was surprised by the conditions, comparatively. They renovated. It's not the best of the best, but worth staying there over more expensive places...Also, Starbucks and Zaxby's is walking distance, so this will be my permanent hotel whenever I am in Fayetteville

Check in employee was very nice, the other employees I had contact with had attitudes. Some didn't greet guest. Certain parts of the room wasn't clean as far as the kitchen area.

I wouldn't stay here again! We stayed on the top floor, it was really noisy even at night from the traffic. I door barley closed, so we but a chair infront of it at night for extra security. The afternoon/night time staff was rude. We weren't allowed extra towels, which was mind blowing. The carpet was badly stained, and there was a hole in the wall. The room was freezing at night, and there wasn't extra blankets or pillows in the closet so we had to go to the office. We had a king suite, and it had a stove but not one paper... read more
