Filthy dirty nasty Worst experience ever. Filthy, dirty, nasty Changed room 3 times to get one that was tolerable at best. Never again

When I walked into my room, a roach crawled down the wall down behind the fridge. There was also a dead roach in one of the drawers. I was asked for a new room or refund. I chose refund and found a new hotel.

There are no non-smoking room. Smell so bad. The site said "Non-Smoking room" and I got a non-smoking room, however whole room smelled. I asked a receptionist to change the room, and her answer was "Everyone smokes anyway". I wish I could get money back.

No free breakfast I reserves a room there for an on the road driver only to fibd out they have no free breakfast. This is fauls advertisment. They need to take it down.

RIP off They tried to charge me for a room change because the first one they gave me smelled like smoke!

After I checked in I took a shower,the front desk was banging on my door yelling on the other side accusing me of smoking marijuana,i still had my towel on and opened the door and he argued with me that I was and I kept saying I wasn't .he continued yelling and arguing with me.he was very rude and very unprofessional and he finally walked away with no apology or anything.he was very wrong with his accusations.i will never go back there.he had no right to act that way and it'd of been different if he was right but he wasn't r... read more

Not clean, lacking overall Spilled a bit on the floor and wiped it with a cloth and it was really dirty. Broken lamp, missing options not what an extended stay normally offers. The vending machine only had chips and candy and my fritos were expired! And smelled like they had been along awhile.
