Need some TLC It was a room that needed to be cleaned throughly and repaired. Shower faucet dropped, lever for shower stuck in shower position, drain moldy, toilet leaked at water tube. Corners of room needed cleaning.

The noise level was very loud from outside. Pillows very uncomfortable. Room was ok. Staff friendly.

The third floor rooms smell badly. We weren’t the only ones complaining - all they could offer was a can of Febreeze, which mildly mirrored the musty, dank smell. Learned later there was possibly a fire on the third flier a few years ago - so maybe that explains it??? Wouldn’t have stayed there but my original hotel was overbooked and this is what I was stuck with on a busy U of A Family Weekend.

I was disappointed in this hotel because our room had roaches in our room. First night we stayed on the third floor and everything was fine great condition clean second night our room was on the first floor and this room is the one that had roaches in it.

Filthy dirty nasty Worst experience ever. Filthy, dirty, nasty Changed room 3 times to get one that was tolerable at best. Never again

When I walked into my room, a roach crawled down the wall down behind the fridge. There was also a dead roach in one of the drawers. I was asked for a new room or refund. I chose refund and found a new hotel.
