Bugs So after traveling 10 plus hours we checked for a hotel on Expedia for a reservation found one at this hotel . We arrive to check in to be told they are completely sold out. The agent at the desk was nice enough to offer the model. We thought oh great. Well not so great. We walked in the room and was greater by a roach running across the wall. No value at this value priced hotel Upon checkin the clerk did not greet me - he just looked at me. I finally told him my name and he slid the paper and key towards me. He might have said 3 words total. My room was prepaid on Expedia so no surprise when he didn't ask for my credit card, but he didn't even ask for any identification. This is a non smoking hotel, but right by the front door is the smoking area where there were literally hundreds of nasty, stinky cigarette butts. Never again! Poorly run operation.
unsatisfactory and very disappointing. No toilet paper holder, towel rack broken, old bedding, lumpy pillows, dirty, dirty, dirty
Fridge was rusting on the outside
Dirty hotel that smells like an ash tray. The bathtub was so dirty that we chose not to even shower. The room and the halls smelt like an ash tray. The pillow cases were dirty. When we left us and all our things smelt like a cigarette and neither of us smoke. Guys were hanging out in the halls and down stairs drinking all night.
BBQ Bed wheels kept falling off , making the bed un-level and hard to get any rest . Hotel had no ice machine .
They gave our room away so we were left stranded in a city that was sold out. I called two days prior to change my check in date and somehow that canceled my reservation regardless of my confirmation number. Buyer beware.
