The room was bug infested and there was no one at the front dest after a certaim time to assist with anything. We killed 8 bugs (mostly roaches) within the first hour of the stay.

The shower was dirty !

Not returning I did not like the stay it had roaches walking around soon as I enter my room. Need a bug terminator.

Try Another Option I ultimately left after I saw all of the bugs that were running through the room. The fact that it is not staffed 24/7 is also a negative. I also did not feel secure. If you have a parking spot specifically for the police at your entrance, something is wrong!!!!!

Room has roaches. I will never stay there again. Its horrible! There were roaches in kitchen area and bathroom area. Need to take car of matter ASAP.

The staff provided a good customerr service in a friendly manner; I asked for a new riom since the A/C was not working and the person in charge help me to swtich the rooms quickly. Unfortunately the rooms are ugly, the smell to cigarrettes are strong, crowdy everywherre and a dig making noise at nigjt. Not recommendable at all, is my 3rd time in a extended stay hotel in different cities, will not book again in this chain
