Somewhat satisfied Good customer service but there is constant people walking and slamming doors. There was some guys standing out front of the hotel drinking and just hanging out......bad for the imagine

It was OK. Fine for a night. The reception desk was very friendly. Would have been nice to have free wifi. No shampoo's or soaps. The toilet paper roller was missing so it was just sitting on the sink. But it was clean.

Quick Trip The bed was loud and uncomfortable. The mattress sits on an elevated metal box spring. There are people that pretty much live in the hotel so it made for some uncomfortable situations in the lobby. But the price was great for the room.

Sheets were dirty?? Check-in went well. It was later in the evening and I had driven about 10 hours, so I was very tired. Got to the room and pulled the sheets back...only to find broken hairs on the pillow cases, and that the sheets were dirty. The attendant did bring new sheets, and pillow cases, as well as changed them out for us. He apologized, but it's nobody's responsibility except the housekeeper tasked to clean the room. The location is great. The hotel, itself, is very nice. Great value.
