Would NOT recommend Bed so uncomfortable. Staff unprofessional. Left for work after first night. Upon coming back and found all my belongings had been gone was told by " head housekeeper " that she had personally cleaned room and it was already empty. Was also arguing that I had a balance still on my account even though it had been prepaid through hotels.com. After much arguing was told belongings had been put in storage. Was not a pleasant experience and would not recommend this property!

Too many locals Way to many local families living there. Only because of noise levels.

Lost my reservation and did not give me a room. Made me deal with Expedia and did not assist me in resolving the issue.

Worst Experience and very very disappointing We booked rooms in this hotel from Orbitz and after traveling for 12 hrs when we reached the hotel they didn't give us rooms because they didn't have any room available. Apparently, there was an event in Fayetteville and they sold rooms to other people. We didn't receive any email from Orbitz/ Hotel about rooms not available. When we booked the rooms we got the confirmation and a note mentioning your rooms are confirmed and there is no need to call hotel. I never have such a wors... read more

Bedbugs bites all over my body . I left at midnight. Puss filled major bite marks. I'm looking for full refund. I'll send pictures of my bite welts

Need better service Need better service. I had to wait 45 minutes for the clerk to check me in and then once she got there she told me she didn't have no rooms available. I told her I already paid online and she rolled her eyes
