Bugs The roaches just annoyed me crawling in and out of cracks.the refrigerator had roaches crawling on top of it beside it just roaches. Infested!!!

The place was soo dirty, it was disgusting. We were apparently staying on the no smoking floor and the stairwell, hallway and our room smelled nothing but cigarettes. It was disgusting. I went through 2 cans of lysol my 4 day stay because everytime we came back to our room the smell came back twice as strong. Lets also mention the mold in the vents in the bathroom and in the shower curtains. Oh and the urine in the stairwell that did not get cleaned the entire time we stayed. Worst experience and do not rent or recommend. Most terrible experience. The lady on the counter is worst. First, she cancelled our booking purposely just couple of hours before we checked in, and giving the excuse that they don’t have a non smoking room. They gave us a smoking room eventually. Secondly, I have booked my room till next morning, but she called me at 6:42 pm to leave one day earlier before 7 pm just because manager have wrote a note that i was going to check out tonight. I made reservations 2 weeks ago and i drive 10 hours to be told they gave my room away. I'm a retired vet and this kind of treatment is unacceptable, you and your staff should be ashamed how you treat your customers. I had to pay double to find another hotel. I will never stay at your establishment again

No iron, no hair dryer, no maid service, no plates, pans or cutlery to use with the kitchen, plastic seat chairs, 1 bar of soap and no shampoo, smells like roach spray, door locks went down during visit, no coffee or coffee maker. This place lacks everything but nice staff and a roof over my head. Never again.

Room stinks like cigarettes. Sheets are thin and cheap. Most uncomfortable stay ever!
