The stay was fine. But I had to check out a day early. It took no less than 6 times calling to get someone. I had expected for my last night to be credited but they have not. Today is a week. I will be calling the GM tomorrow

Don’t stay here Thank goodness I only needed a room for one night !!!! The tub was dirty hair was in the towel and though it was a comfortable bed it was itchy. Since my towels wasn’t clean I won’t be surprised if my sheets weren’t either! I wouldn’t stay here again......the only plus side to this place was eateries in walking distance.

There was mold in the bathtub, dirty floors, prison quality mattress and everything was outdated by thirty years. Apparently one floor is a smoking floor, which travels through the whole facility. At 3am, alarms were going off, people were yelling, just chaos. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me. Don’t be fooled by the photos and get your shots up to date before going here.

When I arrived late to the hotel I was told that they overbook and that my room had been given away. At 11:30 pm I was driving around Fayetteville looking for another room. I had paid for a room at Woodspring Suites and now I was having to pay for another room at another hotel. WILL NOT BOOK AGAIN!

The facility and staff were totally disgusting and I will never set foot in that place again or recommend it to family or friends.
