NEVER AGAIN Nope, never again. Really poor room heat on a cold night. Also really thin mattress on top of a flimsy spring. Truly saggy and uncomfortable. Should have spent another $10 for a real room. This location operated more like a hostel than a hotel.

I'd pass for now! The hotel is located in an ideal location for driving, shopping or taking in the sights. Front desk service was poor or non-existence throughout my stay. The hotel had dogs, not service animals, staying on property even though the guidelines stated no pets. The rooms were poorly cleaned, drainage grate in the kitchenette disgusting, and the tub slow to drain. Can't stand the smells While I understand the need to accommodate pets, I find it unfair that those of us who are not traveling with pets have to be subject to the noise and smell that comes with them. There should at least be some attention given to the smell of smoke as well. I arrived on a Saturday for a planned 7 day trip but had already started to make plans to leave by Sat evening, because there was absolutely NO way I would get any work done as I was scheduled to start Monday morning. Horrible hotel If you aren’t familiar with the area definitely don’t stay here, the room had bugs, the sheet had dried up blood on it and I couldnt Get it changed unless I purchased a laundry line package... elevator smelled like smoke

Customer Service closed before 9:00 pm. I had a prepaid confirmed room and could not check in because there was no one at the desk to check me in. The phones they had on the wall to call customer service did not work . I called Expedia to help rebook me a room. They could not help me. I was charged for a room and could not check in . I had to find my own hotel to stay in after traveling more than 14 hours in a car with 4 children and had to get up early to catch a flight. Do not recommend this hotel. I give it a minus - 0. Nice enough for the price The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because my AC in my house was broken and it was cheap. The girl at the front desk was talking on her phone when I checked in and had it on speaker phone the whole time. I went into my non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes, so I had to go request another room. The room was decently clean aside from the clump of hair I found on the bathroom floor and the hairs I found in the bed. Better hotel for long term We stayed one night, chose hotel because of proximity to Crown Coliseum. Room amenities consisted of one small bar of soap. No shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer. No provision of coffee, nor any common room with coffee. No kitchen utensils at all. I suppose if you were staying long term, you would provide bathroom supplies and coffee. Walls are very thin, we could hear conversation from the room next door until very late. Length of stay won't change that.

The walls are paper thin. All I could hear daily was children, dogs, furniture dragging and stomping, I complained to the staff once about the noise didn't really get any results still noise so I didn't bother to complain again. On the second night of my stay I was locked out of my room and had to sit in the hallway for about an hour trying to get in my room and then once someone let me in I couldn't get a key until the next morning so I couldn't leave out of my room for the rest of the night or I was locked out.
