Dirty floor The floor was very diet it has laminate not carpet so once i took off my shoes and walk to the fridge to get a drink my foot was covered with the dirt and all types of hair.

Horrible experience Room had a horrible smell. Spoke to someone at the front desk and was told that there was no other room available. Went down to the front desk and was waiting for at least 30 minutes to speak to someone but no one ever showed up. Ended up leaving because there was no way I could sleep with the stench. Do NOT recommend!!

Looks can be deceiving I won't return back to this hotel, until changes are made within the facility. The staff attitude was a 2 out of 10. The facility failed to mentioned on their website concerning multiple wifi availability and the overal environment, I give a 3. Loud noise disturbance at night, was unpleasant.

Lady at the counter was rude. I asked if they had cafeteria, she responded with an attitude... that’s why the room has a kitchen, you bring your own food.

Find Another Hotel! We arrived at 3:30, checked in, got our key, and went upstairs to a room that hadn’t been cleaned at all. The bed was still unmade and everything. We went back down, and the manager told us they were working on it now. We went and sat in the car for 30 minutes, went back up, and no one had touched it. Someone aside from the manager gave us another room even though the manager had said earlier there weren’t any available. Disappointment The mattress was of such poor quality you sat in it and it would move by itself. No soap, thank goodness had my own.

Not really a hotel Location seemed convenient, close to the highway so we booked it for out of town guests. Big mistake! Not really a hotel, just basic rooms for local people who might want to stay long term although the rooms were quite pricey for the value. Only weekly housekeeping. Surrounding area was just construction sites.

Lack of service Arrived at 9pm and there was no body at registration desk and phone number to contact them was not working properly. Waited 30 minutes before we were able to reach an employee. After checking in w found that our room had no toilet paper but we had the same problem, no body was at registration desk so we didn't get any until the morning.
