Not only was everything dirty, the "front desk" female, with glasses and a pony tail, knocked on our door at 10AM asking if we were checking out today. She completely interrupted our stay and I wonder if I hadn't opened the door if she would have just walked in. Check out is not until 11, and when I confirmed it with her, she just looked at me and walked away. Rude and unsafe. I paid for a full night and should not be rudely interrupted early for no reason. I will not return.

Dirty floors lots of really strong smells trying to cover weed that made a bad mixture bathroom door got stuck locked if you closed it tv didn’t work the lady at the front test was nice but other than that the place was pretty thrashed

I had to clean the bathroom, there were urine stains around the base of the toilet, the mirror was filthy, the counter top in the bathroom, kitchen were dirty and greasy. The desktop was dirty I am not sure the room was even cleaned before I moved in. The floor was so dirty it turned my feet black and the socks I wore. This place needs lots of work, but it is cheap.

Horrible Couldn't check into the room ans there was literally no help. When we fibally got some help from the 1-800 number and we got into our room. Get ready for this..... it smelt like literal piss. Aint no way this room was cleaned before us or maybe not even cleaned at all since it had such a strong smell. Will neverrrr stay here again. You guys have got to so better!
