Refund I have confirmation code for profile I Booked my room on hotels.com. when I got to the room they clerk said he couldn't find my booking on there site, so he made me pay cash for my room... The next day I go to use my card it tells me that they took the money from my debit account as well the cash I paid for the room... So they doubled charged me
Unsatisfying customer service was very poor and day of check out went out for breakfast car broke down and they got rid of all of our belongings that were left in room

The residents upstairs were very loud all day/night. Didn’t get any rest comfortably. There was a lot of walking and jumping which was heard very easily through the ceiling. They had no kind of consideration of people being underneath them.

Crappy hotel First drove there they was overbooked they sent us 20 miles away to a real crap hotel smelled disgusting the bed mattress was broken stained sheets never again

I was in a room that needed mopping. Did not see the cleaning lady with one while seeing her in the hallway. Walked around with socks in the room, will be lucky if the stains come out. Room smelled of mold and had a cold and coughed up mucus, days afterwards. I am feeling better now a week after my stay. God Bless..... 🙏

Horse without a saddle Working kitchenette, but no utensils. No one at the front desk, made almost 10 phone calls and an hour later, someone shows up. Police Officer making his rounds in his patrol car told us not to hang outside for too long, that there has been alot of people getting robbed, to get inside the building. Don't Recommend to my worst enemy.

100% Horrible After hours check-in was a nightmare. 30 minute wait, could not find prepaid reservation, out of key cards another 30 minute wait. After waiting, key card did not work another 15 minute wait. No internet due to not being a registered guest because of the reservation issues. TV was not connected to cable or antenna so no TV. Bedding is paper thin and the walls are thinner. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I'm offended I paid for a night if complete misery. No rest whatsoever. 100% Not recommended!

I booked queen bed but it was full size or less. The bed condition was horrible bad. The spring and it's condition are so bad. I spent waste money.
