The property is great as to location, cleanest, and personnel. The issue was the next door neighbor yelling all night long and every time I called "front desk" the call took very very long to connect because it is transferred to a main line, not directly to the local desk. By the time they let the local desk know it was time for the next call ;-/ Imagine if you had an actual emergency....hard to get in touch with the local desk! worst experience ever I have experiment i in a hotel. I arrive with my two kids and my husband around 8PM on Saturday Nov 2 and it was nobody at the front desk, the property was fitly and people was outside drinking g and using drugs. I call several times to the phone they have in the reception and they did not answer.
