COCKROACHES & CIGARETTES i brought my parents here because my 17 yr old niece was in the hosoital dying. and the floors were dusgustingly sticky. it was cockroach infested AND tobacco smell came out of the a.c/heater. I WILL AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Confirmed my reservation the day before. Check in the day of and was told they didn’t have two double beds. I had three people...they made me pay for another room! Tried to get refund but no one was EVER around to get it rectified. Very disappointed. Still trying to get it fixed

I think it should be clearly stated that this is more of a transient stay hotel, it is not a vacation style hotel it is built with many strange attributes like massive doors to block off the elevators, cheap vinyl flooring, small beds, cheap plastic uncomfortable furniture, the shower has a very weak stream of water, the full kitchenet with no utensils provides nothing for the overnight guest, it is far off the beaten path and too far from the air port.

Cold and dirty on a business trip Heater in room didn’t work, I was freezing all night. No water pressure, and I mean NO pressure. It trickles out of the shower head, making a shower impossible in my room. Other than that it served its purpose.

Not recomended Had to change rooms the first one when i opened the doors and turned the lights on there were lots of cockroaches all over the room very discusting honestly i would not recomened this place not even for a day

Front desk was horrible, bugs in the room, no one to call for roach spray, front desk closes early and there is a phone in the lobby to call but no one answers. terrible experience. never again.

Roach!!!!!! It was horrible, cockroaches came from everywhere, from the bathroom, from the beds ........ it looked like a movie

I did not feel safe at this hotel at all. There were individuals hanging out in the parking lot all day/night long and the side door was constantly propped open. Our room had the smell of smoke, despite being nonsmoking and the shower had hardly any water pressure. Additionally, the kitchenette had nothing in it. The guy at the front desk was not very helpful.
