No maid service for 12 days. Lobby unattended at check out. Public toolet on 1st floor was lockef. N9 one had key.

About the housekeeping, it sounds like you weren't aware that we include service every 14 days in the base rate, but more frequent service can be requested. Many guests prefer the privacy that comes with limited Housekeeping. We wish you the best in your future travels.
Worst place to stay if your looking fo a suite. This is by far the worst place we have stayed. The place had a double mattress on a metal frame so uncomfortable the room had nothing in it to make anything.not even a cup of coffee. The shower water pressure was very poor at best and the place offered nothing in the way of amenities no coffee water or any type of food, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to spend even 1 night.

It was terrible experience, there were cockroaches and bed bugs, it’s smelly n dirty, most likely it was weed smell. Will not recommend to anyone.

Need a lot of work The hotel was a mess the whole floor smelled like cigarettes and the room did too. The water press for the shower was low and the remote for the tv didn’t work .I won’t be staying at this hotel again.

They were doing construction on the second floor. The elevator was filthy from drywall dust & debris. You have to ask for towels at the front desk. If you want the trash to get emptied, you have to take it out yourself. There are no plates or utensils in the kitchenette. There is only a thin sheet on the bed. I asked for a blanket, but never got one. The remote controller didn’t work for the TV. The overall condition of the room was dirty. I had to wipe everything down with bleach wipes. We disliked everything about the property. The poor cleanliness, the terrible smells in the hallways and rooms, the dirty carpet, dirty walls, the front desk hours was were convenient, the blanket was more like a sheet, the air conditioner had a foul moldy oder. Overall the experience was bottom of the barrel.
