Was clean but stripped nothing but a bed refrig stove bath room tv! no coffee pot even tho extended stay, no dishes no nothing but a bed and tv bathroom terrible and help don't care!

Sparse Bare bones! One tiny bar of soap, no lobby, not worth the money.

Thought the kitchen would be nice, but was hard to use and have a meal when no utensils, dishes, a pot or a pan or anything to cook in was supplied. Also, we saw 1-2 bugs a day in by the kitchen area so felt like the cleaning of the area was not the best. Was occ. hard to find our check in and desk staff when we needed something. There were cockroaches all over our room and no one came to clean the whole time we were there. There was trash and broken beer bottles piled up everywhere outside. All around it was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Also the people staying in the room next to us actually called the health department because the owners wouldn’t take care of the cockroach problem.

You definitely have to be careful of what you pay for this is definitely a life lesson. This place was definitely NOT WORTH what we paid for. The mattress was on a steel base the bed was made up with just two sheets only I had to ask for a blanket. The floors were being redone and you can see the glue coming from between the cracks. Most places have a comfortable chair to relax other than the bed. My room had two church like chairs. We will NEVER stay at a wood spring location ever....

Oh no! We are known for our super clean rooms and we are distressed that this was not your experience.
For an extended stay hotel oh, they had nothing and I mean nothing in the way of adminities. $833 for one night, no soap no shampoo no hand towels no washcloths. And we brought it up to the front desk so we didn't have any of these things she said over sorry we're all out right now. I do not recommend this at all. Go to Travelodge up street. That's what I did. I paid $25 less per day, and got every Bell and whistle amenity you can think of.

When we got to our room, there were no linens on the beds or clean towels. We had to go back to the front desk because our room phone didn’t work. The desk clerk was very nice and apologetic. He brought up blankets and made the beds himself. While we were waiting for him to bring up clean towels, we saw 2 roaches in the bathroom. Showed them to him when he got back in the room.
