The check in process was extremely slow and disorganized. The woman was new on the job and not well trained. She was extremely friendly and personable. I paid for the room on-line when I booked the room but the hotel said the room wasn't paid for and tried to make me pay again. Luckily, I had printed out my receipt and had it with me. The staff was nice, but room was musty,molding smelling, smell of cigarettes in hall ways, elevator and room. Toilet has poop in it in check in. Which really made you think just how good do they clean the rooms after a person check out. Felt very unsafe during stay. Would not recommended and highly over priced for condition and until clean rooms

No staff Avoid this hotel. Nobody around for check in. Many delinquents hanging around the parking lot. Was not able to check in, no staff findable and called Expedia to get refund and got another hotel. Page says check in available till 5am. Avoid.

Needs some cleaning Don't know where to start. It's mainly needs somebody to clean up hallways elevator etc. Lots of construction workers so they need somebody to heavy clean thru out the hotel. Heard a guy discuss with front desk he had been there 18 days and not had his room cleaned.

Trap house feeling The room was dirty, the carpet was stained with food particles, also the wall had food stains, all my clothes got bad odor from the room in a couple of hours, even though I zipped in the luggage. The cooking area was disgusting, probably years of dirt burned into the stove and food particles on the counter top as wel. There were a lot of young workers aying at this hotel location. They hung around in small groups outside the hotel and smoked and drank beer past mid-night. On the week-ends they added a charcoal grill and hung out nearly all night. We didn't feel safe as there was not any security to monitor their activity. Also two of the four security entrance doors were broken and were propped open with rocks in the door jams so that anyone could enter the building at any time.
