My bathroom was clogged when I got there and couldn't use the bathroo. The gave us a plugger and the plunger broke at the bottom. They didn't even switch us room. I was soooo consipated.

A mission to check in, they gave up my room to someone else, then throughout the night there was banging on the walls non stop it was terrible.

Never again...Room has different types of bugs crawling on the floor/walls. Called the front desk at midnight to report bugs and was told they would come up to check the room, never showed up. Called again, no answer. Difficult to fall asleep in this situation. Shower head only sprays half of the water. Bathroom ceiling fan is caked with dust. No coffee maker. I'd rather sleep in the compact car we rented.

The WiFi was horrible it didn’t not work. There was no signal from my room. Outside was dirty and trash ever where. Tv was way to small and bed was uncomfateble. Only two pillows. Also the water in the shower did not come out fully so taking a shower was a pain. Well you get what you pay for I guess.

The check in process was extremely slow and disorganized. The woman was new on the job and not well trained. She was extremely friendly and personable. I paid for the room on-line when I booked the room but the hotel said the room wasn't paid for and tried to make me pay again. Luckily, I had printed out my receipt and had it with me.
