Room was not very clean. Had to contact front desk because there were no towels or a phone in the room.

Need improve in customer service and cleanliness Accommodations were good but the room needed to be better cleaned. The microwave was greasy, the floors dirty and only 2 towels in the bathroom. Plus we wasn't aware the don't do cleaning every day in the room because it's an extended stay, that the answer we got. Also they don't offer breakfast for the same reason they say. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Just a mini soap. Poor location. Customer service not available at all times. Won't be back

Bare basics only. Sink, refrigerator included. No coffee maker, no coffee cups, or anything in that area. Two plastic cups in bathroom. 4 bath soaps, no shampoo. No lamps. Only bright overhead lights. No curtains. No pictures on the walls. Cheap towels. Bathroom floor was dirty. But they did leave a laundry basket. Office was NOT even open when we left at 9:30 am.

Nothing to entertaining. Service was good just didn't like being on the smoking floor and I don't smoke. My refrigerator was on but neither the fridge or freezer were working.

Very pricey for weekly rates and monthly rates My stay was good, it's just that the weekly prices are too high for those of us who ate just here temporarily with our jobs. The hallways smelled like heavy cigarette smoke and it did seep inside the room when the room door was opened.
I stayed here because I saw that it was 47 dollars a night. After seeing the hotel reviews and experiencing myself I don't recommend this hotel. Don't let the price fool you. When I went through the doors of the hotel it smelled absolutely disgusting. The insides and outsides were so dirty. Never again will I be staying here. The worst hotel I've ever been too.
Nightmare to stay this place!!!!! It was my worst experience ever. I arrived at 6pm and the staffs are okay but not really well helping to stay in best room. Also since they have an issue with customers who are staying false for accountability, everyone has to check id's also. I will never ever go here if u are sensitive person like me. Otherwise if don't care about it. Then just go.
