Don't bother. Check in was between 3 and 5 pm. We were there at 4pm. They gave away our room. We had to scramble to find a hotel not just for the night but all week. They were no help. They said they weren't required to save the room we reserved. I will never visit this hotel chain again.

Horrible Hotel Horrible hotel in the middle of no where. New but already showing a great deal of age. Formica peeling on bath, room smelled bad, room not clean. I wouldn't stay here.

Horrible filthy hotel The tub was dirty, the ceiling was leaking, the A/C had wires hanging out and almost shocked my kids

Disgusting Hotel The stay there was absolutely terrible. There were no towels in the room. We have to call guest services to get towels and we have to go downstairs to get the towels. We went down there to get the towels there was still no one there to give us the towels. The bathtub had hair in it. The sink was dirty. The carpet was disgusting. The property was very nasty. Horrible customer service and stinks Horrible. I am not a review type person so I did not take the advice of others when I booked this hotel. Never again. I don't recommend it even if it isn't the cheapest, not worth it. The smoke smell is all throughout the place. The customer service was horrible.

Room was not very clean. Had to contact front desk because there were no towels or a phone in the room.

Need improve in customer service and cleanliness Accommodations were good but the room needed to be better cleaned. The microwave was greasy, the floors dirty and only 2 towels in the bathroom. Plus we wasn't aware the don't do cleaning every day in the room because it's an extended stay, that the answer we got. Also they don't offer breakfast for the same reason they say. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Just a mini soap. Poor location. Customer service not available at all times. Won't be back

Bare basics only. Sink, refrigerator included. No coffee maker, no coffee cups, or anything in that area. Two plastic cups in bathroom. 4 bath soaps, no shampoo. No lamps. Only bright overhead lights. No curtains. No pictures on the walls. Cheap towels. Bathroom floor was dirty. But they did leave a laundry basket. Office was NOT even open when we left at 9:30 am.
