Living in the Barrio The hotel is situated directly in front of a car wash, which gives the atmosphere of living in the barrio. The room does not have curtains, but shabby blinds that are bent in places, and with the parking lot lights on high power all night it never gets dark in the room. The smell was akin to roach bait and overdoses of Febrese (sorry to the Febrese company for this comparison.) Only in a REAL pinch... Booked this hotel quickly, after 7-hr flight delay, arrived 1 a.m., exhausted, ready to crash. Hotel is NOT staffed for check-in after hours nor can you even step inside where a female like myself might feel safer. Used phone inside entryway door; woke up night supervisor. Waited TWENTY MINUTES for this gal to come check me in. Hallways smelled HEAVILY of cigarette smoke, and room was only slightly better. Ok for quick stay. Felt dirty and sticky in room. Internet worked well. Midway pizza delivered.

Have never been to a worse hotel in my life...SO bad that we turned around n drove 3 hours home. They needed Ids from everyone in my family to do back ground checks..which was all fine except for the fact that one of us didn't have and id and I had children. Also tried to charge us considerably more then what we was quoted. Was then informed he would charge me what was quoted however when management came in in the am they would just bill my credit card for the rest that I owed....no thanks not gonna agree on a price then you... read more

Not very comforting and convenient Traveling on Business. There was no one there for 45 minutes to check me in. Upon arrival I was handed a form to fill out that required me to do a pre room inspection and give it back to the front desk. I also discovered that there would be no one there on staff at night or on Sundays. This was all inconvenient to me and wasn't very comforting.
