I showed up saturday night around 7:30pm to the front desk to check in. Lady at the front desk says she has my reservation but she doeant have any nonsmoking room for me. She has one in the smokers section but it stinks horribly. She asks me to go to their sister hotel 5 minutes away because they have rooms. This is after she called to confirm. I get there and the older gentleman at the front desk tells me he has no rooms and does not care. This is after 45 minutes of waiting. Something about a faulty microwave in one of the... read more

This facility isn’t really a hotel - it’s more like a dormitory. Rooms very spartan, no toiletries, no facilities (pool, food etc), no service. Maybe our misunderstanding for not figuring it out, but Expedia and/or the hotel should make it clearer in the description what this place is like. We paid more than what we would have expected to pay at a Hampton Inn or equivalent for a much more pleasant experience.

Freaking awful! Terrible and a waste of money. Short staffed, dirty linens, rude staff. No toiletries available; no coffee!!! UGH!

Guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning, linen changes, cookware, a coffee pot, etc.). Not every guest desires the same amenities and by allowing guests to choose and only pay for the amenities they want, we are able to keep our rates affordable. We're so sorry we disappointed you and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Renter beware Booked a non- smoking unit on- line and was told after check in that the smoking unit they put us in was the only available. The staff did provide a bottle of frebreeze to fight the odor but as a non-smoker it was tough. Cheaper price for room rental then others surrounding concert venue so touched it out for the night. Room has a kitchenette but no glasses,dishes, etc. unlike other units of the same chain I have stayed at in the past. Guess you get would you pay for but I will not be returning to this location

extra meh... we were not adequately warned before booking that this was an extended stay hotel that offered "bare minimum" amenities. When we checked in, we were handed a pamphlet with a list of rules with the list of potential up charges that may occur if you break them ($45 if you vacate an hour later than the posted checkout time, etc). I honestly felt more like a tenant than a hotel guest. No shampoo in room, uncomfortable bed, and no curtain across the window to block out the morning sun. ABOID THIS PLACE Worst ever . They messed up our booking . Manager was not interested in fixing despite showing her my confirmed reservation . Disgusting people and hopeless management company . I would advise anybody to never ever use this group .

For the price, we did not expect a fancy hotel. Even considering this, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. Upon arriving for check-in, neither of the two staff members even welcomed us to the hotel. Then, our first room absolutely reeked of smoke. At least, however, the front desk was able to find another non-smoky room. We arrived back at our quite late after attending a concert. We then realized that neither ID card we were given worked anymore on the main door. We had to use the public phone to call for help... read more
