Horrible!! Nothing Good to say. Bad experience!! You get Extra Charges for making a phone call, for requesting toilet paper, clean towels, clean lines, Room was dirty, staff is always outside smoking.

No refund received I was disappointed with the service at the hotel. This is because they did allow me to receive a refund for early checkout.

horrible! We arrived after being at a concert and they did not have a room for us despite me showing them my conformation email. The women at the front desk ,Rita, was so rude and even started to argue with my husband! She was no help and after being at the concert all night we were forced to sleep in our car because this hotel clearly over booked !! Never again !!

Awful Horrible. Took forever to check in. Put me in a smoking room when I asked for non smoking. Came back to room after a concert around midnight and my key did not work. Sketchy people staying there so was terrified waiting outside for someone to come fix my key.

Is clean and but the customer service is terrible. Rooms are very clean but the service is terrible. When your key card stops working these people seem to get upset when you call them because you can't get into your own room. It seems they don't understand we are paying customers. I'm staying here just for convenience, is close to work and is good enough until my house is ready.

A brief stay near I-66. Value Place gives you the basics, and that's it. It's primarily for longer term resident workers, so there is a range, microwave, fridge, etc. The bed was so hard it was one step above sleeping on the floor.

Extended Stay Need I say more Arrived at check in time and was told they had no more nonsmoking rooms available even though my reservations had been made a month in advance. The price you pay is for the room and room only there are NO amnesties no coffee no towels no soap nothing!!!!!!!
