Short & Curly Stayed due to local power outages, but never again! Room dirty, bathroom still had short and curlies, lack of pillows. Staff was very nice.

Thin walls. Lots of noise from other guests. Had person on floor above who made a ton of noise just walking around room. Always smelled strange odors maybe from cooking.

Granny's Visit to Gainesville, VA This hotel was filthy.The furnishings were old, worn and dirty.There was a lack of communication when I checked in after hours.I had indicated on my reservation that I would be arriving around 11p. Little did I know the office was closed.There were instructions to call a certain number and I of course was put on hold.A very nice, easily understood lady answered eventually saying she would have to get the super to come down and give me my keys.The gentleman only raised the metal curtain enoug... read more

No shampoo and lotion! The hotel is pricy and not much amenities. The staff was not helpful and friendly. There was no shampoo, conditioner, and lotion as you would expect in any hotel, especially for the price paid. The location was convenient to shops, and restaurants. However, the hotel itself was located in an isolated street. For the price, I expected more such as breakfast, perhaps, some continental at least. However, I am thankful for a last minute place to stay.

MISSING ITEMS FROM ROOM!!! Made reservation for night of 8/26 through hotels.com. On 8/27 I decided I wanted to stay an additional night (8/27-8/27), was told by front desk to make the reservation through hotels.com, then come back to front desk and sign receipt. I did this all between 11:15 and noon on the 27th. Left my personal belongings in my room (325) and left for the day.
