For business travel; give it a miss. Advertisement for free Wifi only applies to one device & wifi service was unreliable & slow.
Poorly designed, noisy guests I'm not very picky about hotels but this place was disappointing. There are lots of contractors staying here which equals loud music, fighting in the hallways, etc. Rooms are poorly designed which equals no hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes, towels, etc, and not enough cabinets, drawers, etc. Some of the desk staff acted uncaring and unmotivated except for Sarah who cleans the rooms...she's a gem! Unable to check me in, and will not issue a refund This hotel has an absolutely pitiful excuse for a lobby and a customer service department. I am not one to usually complain, but this place in particular really annoyed and inconvenienced me. I came to check in at 10:05 pm. When I arrived at the lobby the counter was closed and there was a little board saying that if you're checking in after 10:00 pm, dial extension 500 and someone will help you check in. Stuff was horrible rude! Never seen a person as the lady was who checked us in!
Never again I'm in loss of words...this hotel is bad...First of all check-in was a disaster. The receptionist checked me in a room that was already occupied and then sent me to a smoking room while I'm allergic to cigarette...lots of very weird customers, I didn't feel safe during my stay there...they mentioned limited service in the website...there is no service whatsoever....will never never stay again....
