For the price of the hotel I was expecting a lot more! I've stayed in hotels I've paid less for and gotten more. Third floor smelled like there was a dead rat somewhere. Usually hotels have the complimentary soap and shampoo, but not here. And by the time we got back to our room the service desk was shut down. The lighting situation was horrible. Pass. Reserved a nonsmoking room-arrived with none available, put in a smoking room that reeked of smoke; all fixtures, beds etc. bargain-basement. Staff was courteous. Avoid unless sleeping in your car isn't an option.

I’m Proffessional At 1am my boyfriend and I checked in after getting of the road. When I entered the hotel the shutters were down to check in. After making a call on the phone in the hallway someone said someone would be with us in a few seconds. When the woman arrived at the desk, I was welcomed by the woman’s hands. She said that they don’t open till 7am. We did the whole check in process with the shutters down. Poor customer service.

No small reading light by the bed, only bright overhead lights; no shampoo; no hairdryer; kitchen dirty with food pieces & not equipped with anything -- who carries their own cookware on trips? I can understand no continental breakfast but not even a coffee pot in the room? Room carpet filthy, obviously not swept in a long time; mattress kept sliding around on the frame. I stay at various hotels rather frequently & this one was VERY disappointing.
