The hotel hallways look and feel like a college dorm. Since each room has a stove and microwave, nauseating smells abound. The African American male who works at the front desk is rude, curt and talks unnecessarily loudly. He will also talk over you if you don't provide him with information he wants from you. I will never be back to this location
Not a hotel It reeked of cigarette smoke and animals. We immediately purchased all sorts of odorizer which made it bearable. This place has no coffee pots in the room nor in the lobby. Basically you have to bring your own coffee pot or leave to purchase coffee. There is no seating in the lobby.
There were no common areas for coffee and the attendant left at night and at 8:30 no one was there on duty. You can get locked out. It’s just a room period!

Very sad Will never stay in a wood spring suites again, internet was the biggest disappointment. Paid extra for the week and it was zero upgrade. Who pays for an upgraded internet?? The bathroom sink wasn’t mounted. Unclean smell in the halls everyday. Probably because they only clean once a week. It’s not Covid anymore stop trying to save a buck. The staff here is super nice but the people who were staying next to us were the most loud people and they were banging on the walls.

The front desk had no one there at 4pm check in and they acted like we were a bother to check in. the hallways smelled of marijuana. there were no amenties offered including coffee. the wifi is only free on 2 devices. We had high hopes for this place being that it is newer to the area but we will go back to the other side of town
