NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!! First room pictures below!!! First room was filthy with dirty slept in beds, dirty towels on sink, dirty table and floors!!!! They moved us to a “clean” room and it was discussing with broken furniture and dirty bathroom. We got in late and knowing the room was non refundable, stayed but it was a horrible experience!!! Only positive part was the clerk was very friendly and eager to accommodate!!!
Waited outside 2 hours to check in room not clean and heater doesn’t work
This property was not in the best condition. I literally checked in went to the room and checked right back out within 5 mins. Total waste of money. I should have read more reviews before booking.
Hotel is running. Down needs to be updated my room was dirty bed was on top of heat unit bathroom door busted telephone didn’t work
Larry Mc You pay more and get less. The shower rod was installed incorrectly causing the shower curtain to not be effective. The walls were damaged because of the incorrect installation. I called the front office about it. nothing happens. It shows a with management. Hiring unskilled labor and not doing inspections. The doormats in all rooms are now missing. We frequent Extended Stays because of their full kitchens and their price. So while we understand, you get what you pay for, this place was probably the worst as far as the state of the property. The staff was very pleasant. Check in was great. They went above and beyond to get us in a room early. They fixed an orbitz error, it was great! The room… the door was filthy.
