We checked in. The neighbors were yelling and throwing things. They took that outside on the balcony. We also had a toilet that leaked water all over the floor. We went down to the front desk for help. The door was locked and no one answered when we called multiple times, so we left. We called corporate, and no one would help us make sure we were checked out or get a refund. They did say someone would call us the next day to help us. No one has called yet. BAD SERVICE.
