Smoke People dmoke outside the rooms... i got all inside.. really bad experience...

Avoid Came here for high point market and paid though the nose for a sub one star experience. Nothing to recommend about this facility. Don’t know how they’ve stayed in business. Basics like hangars and a hair dryer are not provided. (NO hangars at all). Staff laughed at our request. Bed is as hard as the floor. Bedding uncomfortable and poorest quality. Noisy, could hear conversations through the walls. Air conditioner is loud but at least drowns our traffic noise. Furniture has holes in it.

Extended Stay means no Service. Period. Our experience was one of the worst I have ever had and definitely the WORST while paying $200 a night!!! The facility used the Extended Stay definition to provide absolutely no service!!! No clean towels during a 4 day stay. No trash pick up - In fact was told when we asked for the trash to be taken - we were given the directions to the dumpster to do it ourselves! Paper products ran out during stay without replacement. Moldy curtains The hotel seemed nice enough from the outside but there were some definite issues with our room. The door wouldn't close properly, there was mold on the curtains, and it smelled strongly of previously cooked foods. Honestly, the mold (or whatever the stuff all over the curtain was) was the biggest draw back for us. Also, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Needs help The girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful but the rooms were not as I expected from previous stays at Extended Stays. This was definitely on the lower end of the scale. Won’t go back there.

Horrible At check in staff had a guy hanging out with her. The whole lobby smelt like weed. Bed bug tracks and stains on sheets, asked for a refund and she didnt know how. Left and got a different hotel, went back next morning and got a refund.

Misleading I requested a ground floor room due to handicap,order went through as ground floor, but got to hotel and was told no ground floor available. This information should have came up when I rented the room on line. We end up getting a room on the third floor and the place do not have an elevator. My husband and I are both over 50.

Horrible Experience To start, the hotel stuff obviously wasn’t familiar with the Americans with Disabilities Act or any laws pertaining to service dogs as they asked me for “papers” for my service dog. When I said “yes, I do have a doctor’s note, but you can’t legally ask me for it” the woman said that other people give her their registrations all the time and let her copy them.
