Find another motel... Room was not the cleanest. The door to the bathroom was broken; cracked by the knob and was difficult to close. Kept shoes on because of condition of carpet. Bed sounded like it was about to break. They also canceled our friends reservation because they didn’t get there early enough and sold the room to someone else. Not cool. You should be allowed to arrive at any time when you have a reservation.

Filthy and rundown This place is filthy and rundown - complete dump that we had to pay $250 for because it was Furniture Market weekend in the area.

Horrible condition and service It was supposed to be a non smoking room yet it wreaked of smoke so bad we had to leave. The carpet was disgusting and the door locks are so old that we had to get the keys recoded 4 times and have the lady from the front desk come open our door for us. Horrible and will never stay there again. Sleeping in my car is a better option than this place!

Don't extend your stay at Extended Stay America. The desk clerk checking us in was friendly and honest with us about what to expect. The only rooms available were a 1st floor room next to a room with barking dogs or a 2nd floor room with no elevator. We chose the 2nd floor and had to carry everything up by ourselves. The room was clean, but not stocked as an extended-stay hotel should be. There were signs saying that if you wanted dishes, you could ask for them. My brother got an allergic reaction from the bed, rooms smelled like cigarette, under the bed there was still junk from the previous occupants. Cleanliness outside was horrendous. Will NEVER stay there again.

Poor customer service I found this place unprofessional.I had booked three nights there and on the third day (although last minute) we had to cancel due to hurricane Florence.Had an elderly mother to get back to in jacksonville nc.They would not refund us
