Bad No ashtray iron or ironing board. asked for a wake up call since alarm clock didn't work. No one called and I woke up late.

It was terrible. The sheets were stained and had to had to ask them to bring new ones. The room smelled of cigarettes. I didn't even know smoking is still allowed inside of hotel rooms. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. I mean every-thing! From the drawers closing in the other room, to people going at, to people walking up and down the hall, and there was a group of people staying two rooms down blasting music at all hours. Disappointed - Things missing: hair drier shampoo & conditioner coffee pot They did have coffee in the lobby.

I never stayed there - have i been charged fully for reservation ?? Yes) because hotel,com has a great policy- you can be fully charged without staying in hotel (( very bed experience with hotel,com

Unhappy stay When arriving at the room, I was shocked with the strong smell of smoke, I was un-aware it was a smoking room that was booked. There was two families either side of my room who where extremely noisy and I was very concerned as there was lots of shouting also. Most night the noise contained until after 11pm. I requested a coffee machine (as per there offerings for kitchen equipment) they couldn't deliver one as all the jugs had been broken and only on my last day they managed to get one.

Dirty, dirty, dirty Awful. Dirty, dirty, dirty. People smoking outside the rooms. I felt very unsafe and checked out a day early.

It was not a pleasant experience. I had two suit cases. There was no elevator. The room was smelly and the furniture was old and tattered.

Filthy bug infested hotel The room was filthy and smelled of mildew. There were bugs (roaches) everywhere.My girlfriend wiped the whole room down with Clorox wipes or we probably would have left
