The bed linens were soiled. Not having any glasses or cups to use, had to go to the front desk and get. Very noisy at night, near the highway.

Got a room and there was a message qritten in marker on the mirror, the room smelled like smoke and the smoke detector looked like it was been torn off. Qent to the front desk, got a new room, but the bathroom door looked like it has been kicked in. Loud sketchy motel. Would not reccomend to anyone.

GHOE Surcharge?? I was here for my Alma Mater Homecoming (GHOE) I thought by booking on Wendover Ave it would be okay- this hotel was in the cut (1), (2) dimly light flickering lights for stairwells, (3) my room wasn't cleaned (during stay and prior to considering there was trash in the tub when I arrived), (4) I requested fresh towels (from my personal phone bc the room phone didn't work) and was told I had to come get them myself from the office ($200+ I would think these things would be covered), (5) the chair in my room ... read more

From the moment we arrived we knew we were going to be disappointed, because they told us the room was not ready...they made us wait until the exact time of check in. The clerk told us she would call us when the room was ready and she did not. We had to go back and ask, and sure enough it was ready. The microwave was dirty. The tub was dirty. The worst experience I have ever had. We booked non-smoking rooms and they all were smoking. stuff said there is nothing they can do, it was overbooked. It smelled so terrible, like putting your face to the ash tray, nobody could sleep. All my clothes and suitcases still heavily smell with tobacco. VERY dirty rooms, stained towels and carpets. EVERYTHING was disgusting.
