Room 317 has either bedbugs or flees The personal was really great but room 317 has either bedbugs or flees cause I broke out & started itching & now have bumps on me that itch!!! Other than that it was fine.

No Ice, tv didn't play loud noise (party going on near my room)

Non smoking room smells like pure smoke

The front staircase has one of the foot wide concrete steps just dangling, and the only thing preventing people from using the stairs is the measly piece of caution tape that is on the floor. There's trash laying around in every hallway. The maids were useless when we asked for new towels, saying "i dont even got none". We went into the suply room on our own and got towel. She forgot to close the door before she lied.

we reserved a double non-smoking room, and once arrived at the hotel they were “overbooked” for double rooms and the cleaning staff hadn’t cleaned the rooms after we arrived after check in time (after 3pm). they gave us instead 2 single smoking rooms, and didn’t charge us more, but the hotel was unprepared and everyone arriving at the same time as us didn’t get their desired double rooms either. the staff was kind despite the issue, but it was disappointing having smoking rooms that smelled and were not what we paid for.

The room had damages. The toilet paper holder was broken. The door to the bathroom had a big hole in it. The maid service apparently was only weekly, so had to stop to get towels every day. Trash had to be taken to trash bin by me every day. Linens weren't very good. Staff not especially pleasant, and slow at doing things.

OK for the price but not quiet. It's no frills and cheap, which is totally fine - but other guests for pretty much all the nights I was there on both sides of me where super loud and partying late into the night. Walls are super thin so it's not very quiet if that's what you need.
