Expensive rate for a poor quality room The room supposedly should had been non-smoking but it felt like it was with the strong smell. The room lamps where broken and hanging by the cables, it seems like a hazard but the hotel was fully booked and we only needed for the night. The carpets had blood stains and smell and look dirty. We didn't used the kitchen or refrigerator, but it looks clean. The bathroom had some broken areas in the sink counter, the bathtub water handles; and the toilet make noise all night. Due to the hour of arrival and a grueling day of moving my son into his dorm, I literally didn't have the energy to ask for the much needed refund for these deplorable accommodations. I have frequently used this hotel brand to accommodate myself and my family. I must say that this was by far THE WORST experience ever! The microwave was not clean. There were multiple stains in the carpet. There was a burn stain on the stove and the stove wasn't clean either. No ice, you had to make ice in ice trays.

Upon my arrival the staff was very pleasant. I went to my room which was supposed to be nonsmoking and it smelled like smoke which had my nostrils burning. I tried to pull curtain close and it came out of the ceiling. I informed the staff and no one csme to fix it. I didn’t feel safe. I was too tired to leave the facility and go some place else. I stayed and slept in my clothes on top of the covers with my gun. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The caliber of people that were staying there was unpleasant to see.

Filthy room I booked this room after coming into town for a concert that evening. I had planned to drive home after the concert, but decided to stay until the morning. I booked this hotel because the one in the local area where I live is usually a pleasant experience. I was so upset and angry at the condition of this room when I arrived. Horrible Im offended that this place is offered by Expedia. I spent two nights around fearful surroundings . Expedia claims they offer breakdast - NOT. There is a motorsports park next door - that wasnt good. I heard screams throughout the night. It was a BAAAAD two nights. NEVER STAY THERE. Baaaad place.

Overnight stop I found this property to have very nice outdoor facilities and staff. However, I stayed in a suite and the room required cleaning from the moment I entered. I was able to get a bottle of cleaner from a left open housekeeping closet and an extra rag or two and had to go through my entire room scrubbing the kitchen, furniture, and bathroom. The linoleum floors in the kitchen and bathroom of my Suite were very sticky so I also had to clean them. I requested two extra pillows from the front desk and was told they ... read more
