Nothing worked! The TV in the room didn’t work nor did the AC. The “continental breakfast” was just coffee. literally JUST coffee. I called to get maintenance to fix the AC upon check i. and was told only the manager was on duty... FOR THE ENTIRE HOTEL! They ended up giving me a free night stat at any location because conditions were so terrible. I WILL NEVER stay at this location again!
Overall the worst experience This is the worst hotel ever. There were people doing drug deals in the parking lot, the non-smoking room smelled so bad like smoke it stuck to everything he took in there within minutes, and the fire alarms were pulled 4 times in the first 15 minutes we were there. When we asked for our money back they gave us the run around for nearly an hour, and 5 days later it's still not back on our card. NEVER AGAIN.
i could not stay i immediately checked out after entering the room.
Don't do it We will never stay there again. It was noisy and filthy. People in next room were screaming at each other.
Front desk people were nice the rooms were soiled rugs were soiled with cigarette butts on floor spreads seemed clean but wrinkled curtains stained. Closer type curtain. Soiled. Noises. All nite. Music fowl language it was more like a apartment building own by a slum lord. I felt sick Have photos of the place
Super thin walls. Smokey smell in the room The person in next room over talked on her phone for 4 hours straight starting at midnight and I could hear half of the conversation. The ac unit was that good, I had to sleep fully clothed to stay warm.
I generally stay at those chains of hotel this is the worst one I have ever been to run down crappy they say they have a grab and go breakfast all they had was go three 3 days I was there room never got clean and of all things they have roaches _ them
