MY FIRST VISIT AND DO NOT THINK I WILL VISIT IT AGAIN.. SUPPOSED TO BE A NON SMOKING ROOM. BUT DID NOT HAVE A PLEASANT SCENT. CLERK PUT US IN THE WRONG ROOM AND HAD A CLERK VISIT OUR ROOM WHILE WE WAS ASLEEP AND IT FRIGHTEN ME..

Not sure about the service Checked into my room on Sunday and the microwave wasn't working. Front desk said they would get someone out to fix it on Monday and offered another room and discount, but I want on the 1st floor like i have now. He was friendly. Monday is here and the microwave is still not working. Again, another floor and there isn't an elevator to carry ALL of my things (which are heavy). She was not so friendly. Hotel disappointing. April 2017, I have stayed at far superior Extended Stay hotels. The 1st shift staff was pleasant but how is it possible to run out of shampoo. 3rd shift staff was completely incompetent. I was awoken by LOUD music after midnight and was told that I needed to give them the room # where the noise was coming from and that if I wanted to I could call the police. Ok motel in a good location. Overall you get what you pay for. May be good for the low budget business traveler.
Needs cleaning Price is wonderful. But the rooms. Bedding sheets kitchen bathroom could have been cleaned
