Everything about your trip there at Extended Stay was great I'll wait is I've stayed there many times and I always have great customer service great people with a friendly smile quick to help whenever needed they all are great to staff Jennifer and then there's another guy with dreads I can't remember his name but he wears glasses he was really great to

Meh The place was OK. It was clean. The carpet needs to be replaced and the furniture was worn and dated.

Zero frills - but cheap No elevator, but we were only on the second floor. Seems like there are several people actually living at the facility. No coffee service, so bring your own. They provide dishes, but no longer provide any way to clean them (detergent, scrubbers) so bring your own. No hairdryer in the room, so bring your own. The staff is friendly and as accommodating as they can be. Zero frills - but cheap.

Just OK First of all it was not handicap friendly. My wife was in a wheelchair and we had difficulties navigating to our room. Although we ask for late check in, we were not offered kitchen utensils. We had to purchase our own. Customer Service was bare minimal. I
