Broken bed, air condition didn't work, dusty, carpet needs cleaning, elevator didn't work, bed bugs!

Bad experience Will not stay here again. As a first timer there, I was not impressed. Roaches everywhere, couldn't get towels, couldn't get a refund to leave early because we were not happy.

The room was musty, had to go out and buy air freshner. It was so hot in the room, no type of curtains in the room at all. I called the front desk and the lady there said she would be down to look into it. Never seen anybody. The stove was so nasty theres no way I would have cooked on it. The walls were nasty behind the trash cans. The tub/ shower was also not very clean, went out and bought flipflops to shower in. Took pics to verify all of this. Would not reccommend this to anyone.

My room was nasty she said big yellow stains in them mattress had the spring sticking out of it or a hard object should I say the elevator was nasty the bugs are ridiculous and I'm speaking in roaches my toilet constantly had running water the stove will come on by itself requested a smoking received a non-smoking there was no place to lounge around comfortably unless you was in the bed which is not a good thing I've never been to a motel where you have to pay for Lending Service for your sheets to be clean on a daily basis ... read more

Price was good. Bed was creaky and uncomfortable. Bed pillows are flat and smelled old.

Nothing No amenities room clean 1 weekly do your own sheets towels pay extra for everything. For a very tight budget ok , but wow

ROACHES!! First we had to change rooms because there were roaches! We get to the “better” room and what do you know , there were baby roaches on the toilet. It’s disgusting, not only that, the lady at the front desk was rude to my daughter.
