Roach Hotel When I first arrived they lady at the front desk was no where to be found, so I stood there a good 15-20 minutes waiting for someone then when I got checked in got to elevator there was a terrible smell all through that hotel like funk and roach infested and not clean at all never again would I stay here....

Very poor! We arrived around 8pm and the check in clerk was very nice and attentive to our needs. We got our room and at 1st it appeared to be clean. We went out for a few hours and came back after eating out and had leftovers we put in the fridge. A few hours later my bf got hungry and heated food in the microwave where all of a sudden little roaches started to.come out of the cabinets, sink area, and bathroom. We requested a non smoking room because my wife has health issues. The first night the room next to us smoked all night long. I tried calling the front desk but the phone in the room didn’t work. I went downstairs to find the front desk closes at 10:00. I requested another room the next day and was denied because of construction on other floors. The second nowadays a repeat of the first. Bed sleep awful when you sit down they squeak. The halls was very smoky. No curtains at the windows so the sun n lights from the Parkin lot wake u up. I will never stay at this place again.

Drug deals in the back parking lot, sheets were dirty, room floor was dirty, snacks in the vending maching were expired. Staff were very nice and helpful

But you they only clean once every too week and they have bugs you have too pay for using the phone and you have too bring your you’re laundry down too the desk I can’t stay there anymore

Cockroach heaven, no coffee, My crew were in the room next to me fighting off cockroaches trying to climb into bed and a couple yelled all night. NOT impressed. No coffee machine, no blow dryer. Even a Motel 6 would have been an upgrade, and that's hard to do.
