Not pleasant Receptionist was rude and told us that if we didn’t get a non smoking room as requested it wasn’t her fault (after she gave us smoking rooms while implying the whole time they were non smoking and we would be charged $250 if we smoked in them). Room was not clean and the elevator smelt like smoke.

The hotel wasn’t in the best of neighborhoods for starters. When I asked for clean towels I was told I need to bring those from home and there were cockroaches in each of the four rooms we had. Will not be returning!

Never again in this life time. When my husband and I arrived no one was at the lobby receptionist desk. Explained on the phone it would be a late check-in. Had to call 1-800 # so they could call her to the desk which took 30 minutes, then she has attitude. The 1st room smelled like a dog park, the smell of urine was overwhelming. The 2nd room was a smoking room with roaches.

Terrible The person doing check ins was rude. We paid for our room but because we were late for check in we didn't get the room we paid for Instead we were moved to a smoking room when we very clearly reserved and asked for a non smoking room

Crawling with roaches I thought the comments previous to mine were probably exaggerated but it’s true. There is a roach infestation and management doesn’t care to do anything about it

Outside look is deceiving to inside The most memorable thing I can say is it reeked of cigarette smoke. On the entrance to the lobby I thought was bad until I went to my room 3rd floor. The room itself smelled a little of smoke but the hallway was like being in a bar. The chairs for the table were extremely dirty. No one would want to sit on them. Cockroaches Cockroaches of all sizes scattered when i turned on the light. Immediately booked at another hotel nearby that was 110% better. Theres also alot of sketchy drug deal action; cars pulling up people in and out for 5 minutes and then leaving. Halls smelled like marijuana.
