The room was neat and clean but needed serous updating. But looking at it from a value for the cost all was acceptable.

Furnishings in the room were sparse…no way to have a meal at a table. Thought we’d have a sofa or at least a couple chairs at the table. Two office chairs were not really okay for much but putting on shoes! Aside from that complaint, we’ve had a nice stay. We are convenient to shopping and dining and all our destinations during this trip. The staff has been friendly and helpful. Just need a little work on livability for the room. Truly = just a couple of more appropriate chairs for the table would have done it!

Not a bad stay for a weekend. Checking in late at night wasn't fun at all. I'll admit I arrived quite late, the doors to the lobby were locked, but you were allowed to enter into a small mudroom, which there is a phone to contact the front desk 3 feet in front of you. Not only did this room reek of weed, but the phone didn't actually dial anywhere. Last resort Odor of past smoker in the room. Floor in bathroom poorly cleaned- grit and dirt in corners and underneath shelving. Bed and shower ok. It was UConn graduation weekend so most hotels were full that weekend, leaving no option to switch rooms.
