The front desk staff very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Gave me info about tax exempt as in town for business & work for non-profit. No pots or pans,dishes or silverware in kitchen assuming due to covid, which was frustrating. Little to choose from for grab & go breakfast.

It was quiet and pleasing. Maybe the breakfast can be put out a little earlier for th people that go to work early
Customer service was excellent, expedia messed up my reservation but they gave me a room while they remedied the situation. The room itself is pretty outdated and could use a deep clean but everything else was otherwise functional.

Terrible customer service Check in was the worst experience ever! Room did not have necessary items, like towels and washcloths. The only staff member on site was not accommodating.

There was used bar of soap in our bathroom. Only 1 towel and 1 wash clothe. The vents were covered in black thick dust. Looks like they haven't been cleaned in years. Bad for a child with asthma with breathing issues. No real breakfast available. Disappointed in the property.
